Emma is Director, Culture & Strategy at Assemble, a private housing development business focussed on social and affordable housing. Emma leads all community engagement, CSR and impact, and brand and cultural initiatives across the business. A passionate urbanist and cultural leader, Emma is deeply interested in the role urban design and architecture plays in positively shaping our cities and in socially responsible housing development.
As Director, Operations, Dan Moore is charged with overseeing the general management of operations across our Assemble properties. With previous experience working for universities, not-for-profit organisations and commercial operations within the property sector, Dan Moore’s background covers a broad knowledge base within operations. His 17-year experience covers more than 7,000 beds across 14 projects which he brings to his role at Assemble. Dan has extensive experience within the purpose-built student accommodation and Build to Rent industries both in the UK and Australia. Most significantly, Dan mobilised eight projects from design through to turn-key, which includes Australia’s first Build To Rent project in the Commonwealth Games Village on the Gold Coast.
