Calling all UKAA Operators
Our NW Steering Committee is hosting a round table aimed at Operators exploring staffing and recruitment to be facilitated by Dougie Orton Wade of Allsop and Hannah Dalton of Cobalt Recruitment.
We will be discussing:
- How external factors are influencing the recruitment of staff – Brexit, Covid, looming economic downturn, inflation.
- Practical processes affecting hires – internal recruitment versus agency instructions, length of interview process/number of stages, impact of delays, counter offers etc.
- Standing out from the crowd – salary and benefits, training opportunities, flexibility and progression pathways etc.
