Voice of customer feedback is the life blood of any forward thinking business. However Build To Rent operators have had mixed experience gathering feedback whether through surveys, through social media or review sites. This roundtable discussion facilitated by RealService, will look at what has worked well and not so well in the BTR sector.  How do you maximize response rates, ask the right questions and interpret challenging feedback? Should we develop a way to benchmark our performance? How can technology help to collect and analyse feedback? Join us to find out what best practice looks like and how you can implement this in your business. One of the presenters will be Howard Morgan of RealService with Sam Winnard of JLL providing us with a short case study.
