Please join us for the first Customer Experience roundtable to be presented by Allthings. This follows the thought piece: The Challenges and Opportunities of Creating a Superior Tenant Experience in the UK. 

There are still many unanswered questions around the understanding, opportunity and value of Tenant Experience in the UK.

                                  

Leveraging experience from over 100 market leading customers and 1000s of developments across Europe for brands such as Credit Suisse, AXA and Bouygues we will give you a framework to start asking the right questions about how Tenant Experience touches every part of your operations and how to start developing your own data driven tenant attraction, engagement and retention strategy.

This is the first round table in a series each challenging more specific topics in how optimised tenant experience can drive yield across your portfolio.

Today we’ll dive deeper into the topics raised in our initial thought piece for the UKAA and will delve into examples of superior tenant experience from around the world plus learnings from other industries and how they can be applied to the tenant as a customer.
