Jon works with RealPage customers to help them succeed with Revenue Management, helping both owners and operators improve the performance of their assets from the initial lease up phase right the way through to renewal and re-let and deliver NOI. Jon worked in the lettings business for over 15 years most recently within the PRS and Build to Rent Sector at Knight Frank. Having worked in the BTR industry with operators he has an excellent understanding of the challenges faced.
Hamish Neale, Director of Sales – Smart Building Suite – RealPage
Hamish heads up the RealPage Europe Smart Building division working with BTR developers and providers helping them automate and effectively manage their properties smart technology with the RealPage Smart Building Suite. Hamish brings a wealth of experience he has worked with many clients across the world for companies such as Crestron Electronics, where he was the Head of Residential Sales at Crestron Europe, Barco a global technology leader that develops networked visualisation solutions for the entertainment, enterprise and healthcare markets, Control4 a leading provider of automation and networking systems for homes and businesses. He was the co-founder of Hero labs developers of Sonic, super-smart technology designed to help prevent water leaks in properties and spent 6 years as a non-exec director for CEDIA – the global industry association and central touch point for residential technology.
