UKAA Webinar: What you need to know about managing insurance and risk during uncertain times presented by Aon

Rising insurance costs and restrictions in policy coverage, for both property and operational insurances have posed a consistent challenge for real estate investors, operators and suppliers for several years.  Focusing on the Build to Rent sector, property industry specialists from Aon will discuss property, professional indemnity and cyber insurances providing their predictions for pricing and coverage; an overview of current and emerging risks and offering guidance on how to secure the best terms at renewal.

The Aon Real Estate team specialises in advising on and placing property, legal indemnity, and rights of light insurance for real estate investors and asset managers.  In addition to her role at Aon, Emma is a member of the British Property Federation Build to Rent Committee and, also chairs Women in Residential Property.  Prior to joining Aon, Emma held Board level roles in two PropTech businesses having previously specialised in professional indemnity insurance for property consultants.

Nathan joined Aon’s M&A Business in Nov 2020 and leads the Cyber Offering for Infrastructure and Built Environment investments. Prior to Aon, he was with Turner & Townsend for nearly 6 years. Nathan specialises in exposing and managing digital risk on Built Environment assets throughout design, build and into operation.

Mike has extensive experience of placing large, complex and technically challenging professional indemnity insurance programmes.  His main areas of expertise are Design & Construction risks and property and construction professionals including Engineers, Architects & Chartered Surveyors.
