UKAA Right to Rent Roundtable Event

Following the success of our first two roundtable discussions; the first one concentrating on the Tenant Fee Ban consultation, and the second one focusing on AST agreements, our third was all about 'The Right to Rent' which generated yet another very interesting topic for discussion! There is no easy answer to ensuring that the residents who wish to rent our properties meet all the necessary criteria, however, open discussion and engagement with other agencies, including DCLG, is on our agenda.…
