New News Buzz 09/03/2021 – Delivering residential sustainability

MARCH 9TH 2021

YOUR BTR NEWS BUZZ

Welcome to UKAA News Buzz sponsored by Quadient and guest-edited by Jon Hammond.

2020 was undeniably a challenging year for almost every industry – with no exception for residential real estate. Since the beginning of the pandemic, properties have seen record numbers of parcels delivered daily due to a vast surge in the volume of online shopping. Although some form of normality is now in sight; in a bid to be more efficient and sustainable the post-pandemic landscape is expected to be more digitalised than ever before.

This Friday, the UKAA is holding a Sustainability Summit to address the issues facing the BTR sector and challenge the sector to act now as well as prepare for the future. We’re really looking forward to being there – there is still time to sign up if you haven’t already.

I hope you enjoy our sponsored edition of the News Buzz, bringing you the latest BTR news.

Jon Hammond, Head of Real Estate Parcel Locker Solution Sales, Quadient.

With Quadient’s parcel lockers, buildings reduce carbon footprints and  residents are provided with increased convenience.
