Fixflo announces Kevin Watson as new industry advisor

Industry-leading repair and maintenance management software provider Fixflo has announced the appointment of Kevin Watson, Operations & Commercial Director at PLATFORM_, as an industry advisor.

Kevin will work closely with the Fixflo team to help to develop their product to meet the changing and growing needs of build to rent operators and residents, with a particular focus on the customer journey and experience.

Kevin has a longstanding background in technology with nine years at Virgin Media before taking up his role at PLATFORM_.  He is also co-chair of the UK Apartment Association’s Operations Committee and sits on the Residential Management Committee of the BPF (British Property Federation).

Commenting on his appointment Kevin added “Fixflo’s position at the intersection of resident safety, resident experience and brand development is really exciting and I’m delighted to join them in a formal advisory role.  I look forward to working closely with the Fixflo team to close the gaps between the evolving needs of the build to rent market and the technology to support it.”

With recent system upgrades to help BtR operators to mitigate the risks around COVID transmission between residents and contractors the Fixflo system is already well adopted across the sector.
