Touchstone, the specialist property management firm, has become a Premium Supporter of the UKAA. Dave Butler, CEO, UKAA, said:

With 30 years of experience, Touchstone operate across the Build to Rent (BTR) and Private Rented Sector (PRS), working with some of the UK’s biggest landlords. The firm has recently expanded its BTR consultancy, with current projects in England, Scotland and in the Republic of Ireland.
With 20,000 units under management, Touchstone’s experience covers both apartments and houses. The firm is now working to expand the ethos of BTR into other purpose-built rental portfolios for long term hold, providing services that have not traditionally been offered to the sector.
