SLD is a niche property advisory firm based in Edinburgh with over 20 years of experience in the Scottish market. We offer consultancy advice in relation to Build to Rent (BTR), Residential Investment, Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Residential Land & Development.  Extensive knowledge and experience of the Scottish development market and a wide contact base is used to advise clients appraising property assets in the region. The firm has a bias towards the residential development market.
