Beer Festival sponsored by ista – Virtual brewery tour and guided craft beer tasting

***Please note any tickets purchased after 11th November will not qualify for the complementary beer as the beer truck has gone!***

The beer festival is included in full festival tickets and social tickets. Junior tickets can be upgraded to include the beer festival.

We’ve teamed up with leading brewers Seven Bro7hers to bring you a virtual study tour of their Manchester brewery and a tutored tasting of three of their craft beers from a selection to be sent to your door.

These will include craft beers from their partnership with Kellogs to upcycle discarded grains from the cereal cooking process. Truly sustainable beer!

Timings

The study tour starts at 6:00 pm followed by the tutored tasting at 6:30 pm
Tasting ends around 7:30 pm but the virtual bar will stay open

About the beer

Included in your Festival ticket is a 6 pack of these beers:

Festival IPA – A classic IPA: a crisp, aromatic and bitter pale ale with a fruity and resinous aromatic flavour.
Throwaway IPA – Kellogg’s using cereal that didn’t make the box. Now in the can as a hoppy IPA.
Cast Off Pale Ale – Full of snap, crackle and pop, this is a double dry hopped pale brewed using upcycled Kellogg’s Rice Krispies.
Sling it out Stout – Coco Pops! More from the Kellogg’s partnership – this time a chocolate stout brewed using up-cycled Kellogg’s Coco Pops.

Want more from Seven Bro7thers? You can upgrade to a 12 pack and get these as well:

Amber lager – A light, crisp and gentle lager with a slight caramel base and a smooth taste.
Juicy IPA – A hazy, hoppy IPA with citrus aromas
Hoppy Pale – A light and refreshing session pale ale that delivers tropical fruit and strawberry flavours.
Good Day IPA – A fresh, crisp, citrusy IPA brewed to support the Tim Bacon Foundation.
Watermelon Wheat Beer – A thirst-quenching wheat beer with a subtle infusion of organic watermelon combined with a mellow aroma of strawberry and pineapple.
Pilsner – An amazing craft beer that took a year to perfect. If you think you don’t like craft beer, you need to try this.

Please note the mix of beers may vary depending on demand.
