Jason Hardman, CBRE – Jason is the head of the UK Residential Valuation business and is responsible for leading the team taking specific responsibility for key client Build to Rent and PRS instructions including those for Get Living, Grainger, L&G (both BTR and Single Family funds), M&G, Aberdeen Standard, Federated Hermes, Fizzy Living, Essential Living and many others. Jason is the client lead for many of our Affordable Housing valuation clients such as L&Q, Sage Housing and L&G Affordable Homes and holds many key client relationships across the residential investment and development banking sector including those with Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC and Barclays. Jason is also our lead on valuation guidance and procedures relating to building safety in residential buildings. Jason has more than 25 years experience across both commercial and residential properties. He is actively involved with the British Property Federation and was RICS Chair of the working Group to provide formal guidance on the Valuation of Build to Rent properties.



Simon Chatfield, APO – Apo_ currently manages over 1,200 homes for investor partners, including 600 homes at Apo_Barking and 500 homes at Apo_Kew. Simon oversees Apo operations and business development. He has been involved in the sector for 10 years playing an active role in helping to shape policy and innovation as well as in the design, construction and operation new developments.
