ESports / gaming and the lessons to be learned

Esports and gaming are huge markets, comparable in scale to film and music industries. They are growing fast, particularly among the target demographic for BTR schemes. The immersive experience they provide is already having an influence on the design of buildings, for example one hotel chain is looking at how to create an environment that guests might never want to leave.
