Macdonald & Company, in partnership with The RICS, have launched the 21st annual survey. BtR first featured in the 2019 survey, but this year we wish to better capture the sentiment of this sector.
As the most comprehensive survey of its type, the data will provide valuable insight for salary benchmarking within job function, seniority and geography. It will also indicate popular attitudes to the value of workplace incentives such as flexible working hours, working styles and unlimited holidays. Trends on market sentiment and the key drivers when considering a new role will be a vital tool for employers attracting the best talent.
