UKAA News Buzz 29/06/2021 – A Single Tech Platform for the Resident Journey

June 29th 2021

YOUR BTR NEWS BUZZ

At Yardi, we’re excited to be able to meet in person as the world opens up again. Over the past year, technology has helped us stay connected and kept the conversation going, and connected technology is even more important when managing residential real estate.

We understand that to be the core of every residential business, whether that’s build-to-rent, purpose-built student housing or smaller traditional PRS developments, technology connects the entire resident journey.

From property marketing and leasing to customer relationship management and online resident services, Yardi’s RENTCafé Suite helps our clients to enhance resident satisfaction and drive portfolio success.

Yardi’s single, cloud-based platform delivers a wide range of business and operational functionality such as core property accounting, procurement, facilities management, asset management, investment management and much more.

Join our webinar on 14th July at 3pm to learn how a connected proptech system can streamline the management of leads, applicants and residents and how you can free up your property and leasing manager’s time with automation.

Best,

Justin Harley – Regional Director at Yardi

Best Practice Guide Call for Contributions

We’re pleased to have launched last week our call for content and funding for the creation of a UKAA Best Practice Guide for Build to Rent. Between now and our conference in November 2021, we will be working with member contributors, editors, designers and experts to harness and express the practical knowledge of delivery of BTR schemes. The Guide will be delivered online, with interactive content covering topics from design and funding through to development, construction, mobilisation and operation.

We need your help to address the issues that operators and suppliers face in common to unlock the potential of the sector. If you would like to make a donation, contribute content or editorial support please visit our website or get in touch here.

Many thanks to our first pledgers, TLJ Access Control and Hoare Lea🎉
